The difference between our trays:
Flat trays – are an increasing favorite among our customers. The flat tray is flat, making it easy to distribute the ingredients evenly. This results in a shorter drying time. The flat tray also makes things easier if you are drying a lot of berries.
The Standard Tray is the domed tray.
As a rule, it is suitable for drying most things. However, if you want to dry round berries, these easily roll out and gather in the center or outer edges of the tray. This slightly extends the drying time.
