The difference between our trays:
Flat trays – is an increasing favorite among our customers. The flat tray is flat and makes it easy to distribute the ingredients evenly. The drying time is then shortened. The flat tray also makes things easier if you are drying a lot of berries.
The Standard Tray is the domed tray.
As a rule, it is suitable for drying most things. However, if you want to dry round berries, these easily roll out and gather in the center or outer edges of the tray. This slightly extends the drying time.
Note: We recommend using a maximum of 10 trays at a time during drying.
