Ordering

When you make a purchase with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email: info@evermat.se

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT unless otherwise specified.

Payment

We use Klarna as our payment provider. You can choose between invoice, installment payment, card, or direct bank payment.

Delivery

We deliver within Sweden. Delivery time is normally 2–5 business days.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly via email.
As the customer, you are responsible for return shipping. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Upon approved return, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have the right to make a complaint within 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Contact us via email with a photo and description. We will cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.

Disputes

Disputes are primarily resolved in agreement with our customer service. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
